Welcome to the FearedGamers MultiTheftAuto server! Please aquaint yourself with the rules to make both your time here and the admins' enjoyable. These may look like a lot of rules, but they're truly not hard to follow. Smile
Rules Rev. 12.2.06
Here is our punishment structure:
1. Warning
2a. Mute, if it is a verbal offense
2b. Kick, if it is a driving offense
3a. Kick, if it is a verbal offense
3b. Freeze, if it is a driving offense
4a. Subnet-mute if it is a verbal offense
4b. Subnet-freeze if it is a driving offense
5a. Permanent Subnet-mute if it is a verbal offense
5b. Permanent Subnet-freeze if it is a driving offense
6. Ban, if an offense is committed while on a permanent freeze and mute.
An admin reserves the rights to:
* Judge whether the offense is valid
* Skip or repeat certain punishment steps if it is deemed necessary, and
* May punish at their own discretion.
We're pretty forgiving of certain incidents, but don't get into the habit of chronically violating the rules. Lots of small incidents will stack up.
The Golden Rule: Don't be an asshat.
General:
G1: Do not interfere with the enjoyment of the game for other people
G2: Always listen to an administrator's instructions.
G3: Run MTA in single-core mode, as running it in dual core will cause the game to run at double speed.
G4: Ignorance of the rules is no excuse. Saying you didn't know a certain rule will not lessen your punishment.
G5: Treat other players and admins with respect. (See C05)
Chat:
C01: Do not flood or spam the chat box
C02: Expletives, such as "the big seven" are allowed; in moderation.
C03: Racial slurs, such as "niggger", "raghead", "spic" or "gook" are not allowed
C04: Please use english; phrases in foreign languages are allowed, but avoid full conversations
C05: Do not harass or otherwise disrespect admins or other players
C06: Do not impersonate an -]alw[- Clanmember, admin, or otherwise act like an autoritative figure if you're not one.
C07: Do not use Caps Lock or Alternate Caps.
C08: Do not abuse the votekick feature
C09: Do not troll or make purposefully inflammatory comments
Cheating:
CH01: Cheating is against the rules and is punishable with a permanent freeze.
CH02: Cheating is: the unfair advantage given by modifying software or hardware to give yourself an unfair advantage over others
Driving:
D01: Do not block narrow roads or jumps.
D02: Driving backwards is not against the rules, however, it is highly discouraged as it is an annoyance to other players and frequently ends in a head on collision.
D03: Driving backwards excessively will lead to a freeze
D04: Driving backwards with the intent to collide with other players is considered blocking and is punishable.
D05: Camping, stalling, or 'running away' during a deathmatch is not allowed.

FearedGamers MTA is a privately owned entity and as such, constitutional laws or rights in your country may not apply. By joining the server, you agree to abide by the rules set forth in the terms of service, and you voluntarily forfeit any liberties that you would otherwise have; for example, the right to free speech.

If you believe you have been punished wrongly or unfairly, email support@fearedgamers.net for an appeal. Please include your in-game username at the time of the punishment and if possible, an IP address.
If you see someone violating the rules while no admin or clanmember is around, please take screenshots (press F11), and email them along with a detailed description of the event to abuse@fearedgamers.net. We thank you for your cooperation!
