hey Sebastien! I published your front page posting, but did some editing.
A good tip: Add an intro for the Intro Text, then the main content in the Body, that way it gets people to click the "Read More" Button. Don't forget to tell people to click read more, and even link it if you'd like (See it for an example)
This gets counts on views which is good.
Also, there were two entries, one was locked Make sure after editing, you either click save, or cancel. Don't just close the browser or it locks.
Also, I am really sorry for the delay. I promise to check it every time I come here now(will even alter the script to send me an email when there's a new subscription)

Ok...please take a look at the first post of this thread again. I've updated it based upon what I've seen in these forums.

Front Page News Officer X1
New Game Committee Leader - Very important to growth of FG
Web Site Redesign Committee Leader - I have seen Gizmo working on this but haven't heard from him directly about taking this position
The Recruiting Officer position seems to be getting some attention, so it may turn out that we need votes for those two positions.
So....we only have 3 more to fill. Please post here (clearly stating) that you want one of any of the positions, with emphasis on the above.

I would like to do the front page news. I have a B.A in History and finishing up my M.A. in Social Sciences.
All I do is research and write  , maybe an editor of some sort

I'm all up for front page officer. (If the position ever becomes concrete.) If there's one thing that needs constant change it's our front page. Having the same article sit up there for 3 weeks or more makes the site look inactive, and unattractive for prospective new members.
Shuffling through a few news submissions a day from members of our community is nothing I couldn't do. And why not have more product reviews done by people that aren't paid to review things? That's how you get an honest review.
So far the list looks alright.

Well, nothing would make me happier than to give back to the community like this. Unfortunately, I do not think I have the time to commit to such a demanding task. School is turning out to be less agreeable than I thought it would be this semester. If it turns out that there are smaller tasks that do not require constant attention, I should be able to help. - FG Web Site Re-design Committee leader - Gizmo
(Will be responsible for leading a group in redesigning the FG website. The benefit will be a new face for current members as well as a more appealing website to newcomers.)
- FG Donation Manager - Exo
(Will be responsible for setting monthly donation goals. Will set out what the donations should be used for, and what the reward is for donating.)
Again, I cannot stress enough how serious and important this new leadership is. Please consider taking a position, but also consider whether or not you will be a useful and contributing member of the leadership group.

So....it seems that we have all the jobs filled. Now....we have some extras in some jobs, but I've decided to inflate those areas for those amount of people. So...we'll add two more positions for recruiting and one more position for the front page.
Congratulations to all of the new officers. Before it all becomes official, the above people will need to attend an officer meeting. This meeting will be open to everyone, but the time for the meeting will be discussed first in the new officer area forums. Once the time is agreed upon, we'll publish it to the rest of you all, and I urge as many of you that can make it to come to the meeting. It will be very informational and a good community meeting.
This is a good step for us guys. Let's all keep motivated and let's grow this community as much as we can.

Since when has Jonathon ever recruited anybody? He doesn't even play anymore and when he does he can't say anything over our constant ridicule.
I like Crysis but I have seen him on TF2 all of once since I started playing again.

Activity of each officer will be closely monitored and reported to the rest of the officers as well as the community. If we don't see activity from an officer, they'll be put up for removal.
