Thats really cool, but he repeats himself 50million times
I've got the following phrases stuck in my head
"It's taking a flat image and making it 3D"
"The wall is flat, its completely flat"
"It's a flat image"
"It's a cheap trick" (in my opinion, effective)
"Direct X 9, Direct X 10 Parallax Occlution Mapping"
"Lets take a look at this brick"
"Parallax Acclution is not Tessellation"

So if the CORNERS in DX11 extend FARTHER than those in DX9/10, will that give a benefit to those running the older DX versions?
I tend to think YES because the DX11 dude won't be able to see around them without sticking his head out farther, and the DX11 dude will still take the bullet that flies through the rock from my gun.

DX 11 is great, along with everything in Windows 7.
And uhh...my desktop still has an Nvidia GeForce FX 5200. Should I feel left out even though I never see that hunk of metal 8 months out of the year? _________________ Lax16 since 2003 in MTA...
Welp guess it's good a time as any to start saving up for a new rig, again...
Perhaps the DX-11 games will force that level of detail so people aren't pulling the lower DX levels of detail so they get a actual in game advantage asides from fps. _________________
