i like everything but IDE drives...you got SATA ports, USE THEM!!!! including for your optical
and it looks very pretty inside, a few zip-ties here and there and it'll be perfect.

NCXT Zero full tower Case with 9 fans (4x 120mm intake on side, 1x 120mm intake in front, 1x 80mm intake on bottom, 2x 120mm exhaust in the rear, 1x 80mm exhaust in the front) and yes its very quiet. only thing that i can hear is the CPU and GPU fan when they are at full throttle, when they are idling its virtually silent.

Its a fan controller for the CPU heatsink fan thingy
