It would be nice to see an honest breakdown of the donation pool versus the upkeep costs (like we had before). It's not that I don't trust you guys, but being the supposed non-for-profit entity we are this information should be public.

We did in fact choose this low-cost option if I remember correctly. If so, then why do we need a $100/month donation goal? Where is this money going?

It costs money to run all the services the community is using, and running a dedicated box ain't cheap... Vent alone costs me 22 bucks a month, and that's just for a 50 slot server. Unfortunately since ventrilo ass rapes people into buying licenses and only for approved hosting companies, the hosting companies pass that ass raping on to the users.... Did you know it only costs a ventrilo server provider 10 cents a slot? Some of the money they pass the rapings on for go towards bandwith... You guys i would assume have quite a bit of custom maps, which also uses up bandwith when you get alot of new people downloading those maps.. I dont run these servers, although we did have a hosting company, which i can tell you it does get expensive

The reason I increased the donation meter, is because when it was lower, it was always surpassed, so I just picked a number that about matched what we were getting before.
The money currently is being banked. All funds we receive are showed in the donation meter, and all those funds are being accounted for, and are all currently still banked for FearedGamers
Currently we can use it for a few things, one is a buffer. A buffer is good to have, and if you remember we used to have a buffer last year that helped us get through for a while
But, we also have plans to use it for other things clan-related too. If anyone has any ideas for this, please let us know. One idea we had to to use the money to purchase games for our members, and give priority to past donators for that. So that if a new game comes out that everyone is interested in, but not everyone can afford it, we can help them with that.
