When you click Setup, you'll be on the "Voice" tab.
Click the "SFX" button on the top right (you must use Direct Sound).
Add the "Compressor" option and view it's properties.

Lol... you're funny. You do realize that the pic you've selected only shows one step in a multi-step process. Why not screen shot the whole thing if you've gone that far? I say this because that doesn't help me one bit. I click on SFX and the settings that are mentioned are not present or available to me.
Dunno if it's because I'm using a real sound card rather than onboard audio but I dont see them anywhere. So even with your funny attempt at sarcasm (which I appreciate) I am no further along than when I was before your reply.
So why not continue with your screen shots then? That would be a nice addition to this thread I think.

Painless, your original query did not mention what you had trouble locating. Smoke screenprinted step 1 of the instructions. I clarified a couple of the subsequent steps. So don't rag on Smoke - his reply DID answer your question to some extent. In fact, it was just as valid as my reply (we both only covered part of the process).
