Hey guys, my partners and I have recently ordered a sample of http://www.cbc-china.com.cn/cn/productxx/200908/2463.html from this Chinese manufacturer, and I'm getting a local printer to make us custom vinyls of Bad Company 2 to put on it.
We're going to resell it in my friend's huge ebay store and some in one of our local electronics stores here in Montreal. We're going to resell them between 300-400$.
Anyway, I was wondering what you guys think of this and what kind of Vinyls we should put on it if we want to resell it as a promotional item for BC2.
I'm not really familiar with trading electronics, since I specialize in chemicals and wooden products. This is the first time I participate in a venture with hobby toys. Just need some input before we spill 15k into this.

| With the way things are going in the US, not a good time to be trying new things, that is alot of money and the pay could be really bad, as in no payout. Not alot of gamers have money to spend on extras.. |

Sit on your hands my man. 15K is a lot of money these days. Find some investments that won't risk it all.
Only one business aspect should give you any reason for doing this: no one else is doing it. And when it comes down to that, you can never be sure. |

Hm, we're gonna try selling the sample model and see how fast we can get it off our hands.
Some ebay stores are selling RC Helicopters with cameras that don't stream live to a screen. Ours will dominate the market since it's largely superior.
This guy sold several of his choppers with no screens for 329$

Ours will be around the same price AND will have a screen that streams everything live.
15k is for 70 units + LTL shipping charges.
Even if we cut our competition's throat and match the price with a superior product, we will sell our stock for around 23k. That's 8k profit once we clear inventory. Even if it takes a year or two, that's still 8k from trade.
But yeah, not a big market for these, but there still are people who buy them. Our goal will be to push 5 units per month aggressively.
In any case, it depends on how fast we will sell this sample model. If we can't get it out within a week, then we're calling it off.

get ea on your ass.
