Why are there two different sections labeled "General Discussion" and "Off-Topic?" What is the difference between the two? I iz confused. I made a video post about Louis C.K. and put it in General Discussion, 'cause I thought the video would spark some good discussion, but one of the bawse's moved it to Off-Topic. Maybe combine the two sections? Please elaborate. Kthnx.

General Discussion used to be for topics related to the focus of the community. Namely, games. Off-Topic was for everything else. But you NOOBS came along a f*cked up the works! ARRRGGGGHHHH!!! I don't get why it's so confusing.. we have had the two separate areas for like 5 years..

General Discussion is for threads that are meant to start discussion...

Like a post saying:

"Hey Guys! I heard that computers can calculate numbers, is this true?"

And off topic would be like:

"Hai Gais! Watch this video of a kitten in the microwave!"
