actually if you or whomever preordered through steam, you can get your money back. They have a line which states something along the lines of, if you want a refund on a game, and its still in beta/unreleased then you can get a refund, as long as you do it before its released.

Dont let the beta experience fool ya, all battlefield games rock.. There are some issues with Beta, sometimes everyone camps as snipers, etc etc.

This is true.. depending on how much time you have spent playing.
Some of the Devs fro Global Agenda mentioned in a forum post regarding Refunds that if you want 1 you can get 1 as long as you have only played a few hours. If you have played any meaningful time, they weren't given an exact amount, then steam will refuse the refund even if its on a beta, as it would be considered using the product or some such.
But yeah. If you play it and dont like it you can get a refund nps.
Just make sure you dont play it alot then decide to ask for a refund.
